Document examination is useful in determining not only the writing but  the surface on which a writing was produced. The surface can be a simple piece of paper to a locker door or a wall in a hallway.

There are many methods used to determine genuine from spurious documents. Catch a thief uses court approved scientific methods. Our scientific methods of  Detection can detect cases such as: desktop forgeries, altered documents, phony insurance claims, etc.

There is no such thing as handwriting, it is the brain that allows one to write. Just as DNA is individualized, so is handwriting.  Most any fraud or forgery can be identified. We service the entire United States.
